General
LIQUI-FLOW® are innovative Liquid Flow Meters/Controllers for small flow ranges. The instruments operate on a thermal, thru-flow measuring principle and contains a patented sensor. The flow meter can be connected to a COMBI-FLOW control valve to form a closed control loop.
- Lowest range 0,1 ... 5 g/h H2O-equivalent
- Highest range 0,02 ... 1 kg/h H2O-equivalent
Note:
For ultra low flow ranges, Bronkhorst High-Tech offers the µ - Flow series.
Ranges: 12,5 ... 250 mg/h up to 0,1 ... 2 g/h H2O
